Nathan Walton RMT has been a Massage Therapist registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario since 2007. He was also a Professor of Massage Therapy for 3 years, and is a Certified Nutrition Coach and Fitness Coach.
A Massage Ninja, Nathan’s unique approach to treatment can include postural and gait analysis, orthopaedic assessment, and a style that incorporates deep tissue, active and direct myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching and friction. He can also provide Cupping Therapy and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation.
He has met with success treating many conditions from muscular pain and spasm to headaches, strains, sprains, bulging discs, tendinitis, bursitis, injured joints, arthritis and more. Nathan also provides deep soothing relaxation and prenatal massage.
A martial artist, home and outdoor fitness enthusiast and minimalist runner, he was (and may again be) an elite obstacle course racer who has competed at the Obstacle Course Racing World Championships in his age group. As such, Nathan is no stranger to pain and has sustained his fair share of surgeries and injuries on multiple joints and thus understands the efficacy of massage therapy, exercise, movement and nutrition in their critical role of furthering the body’s ability to heal and achieve optimum wellness, capability and Deep Health.
